birthed out of the jesus revolution in the 1970’s
Our fellowship began all the way back in 1970 when Pastor Wayman Mitchell took over a church which was about to die. Though initially their seemed to be little hope, he kept believing God would move.
It was then from this little town located in Prescot, Arizona (USA), more and more churches began to be launched around the world.
It is now incredible to think there are up to 4000 churches within the Christian Fellowship Ministries worldwide. We have a vision to further impact those in this city and around the world.

who we are
The Door Liverpool started as a pioneer work having 0 people to begin with. Overtime the church began to grow into what is now a thriving community base and centre for the gospel message.
The majority of those in attendance are from us going out their and reaching them, which is in response to the call to go and make disciples of all the nations.
Pastor Matthew and Shan Bishton are delighted to be here to see the Kingdom of God built.
