outreach is the primary calling which jesus calls us to as individuals and as a church
We use this term to ‘witness’ which comes from the early church days, of when the disciples ‘witnessed’ the resurrection of Christ, and began to share this with everyone. We to have ‘witnessed’ not physically, but spiritually the Spirit of God now has bared witnessed with our Spirit, that Jesus is alive!
it’s imperative we be the witnessers of what we have witnessed!

Join us as we reach people for Jesus. We have plenty of flyers which state the church service times, and give a brief gospel presentation on so that as well as you letting them know, they have something to take away!

why outreach?
Firstly we evangelise because Jesus gave us all a command in the gospels to go and declare the good news to every person, and if Jesus has said it, it’s important to respond. In responding we then are informing (making people aware) that their is a God who loves them and who came through the person of Jesus Christ to save them from their sins.
Is outreach restricted to only a church leader?
No. Jesus calls us all to reach out to our fellow neighbours, colleagues, house mates etc, with the gospel, you do not have to wait to be qualified to share the gospel which is a common misconception
what can i do to prepare myself for outreach?
Firstly outreach is not easy for many of us, because we are having to now speak to people we do not know, and sometimes we just hope especially we don’t see anyone we do know! But there are hurdles we must jump over as Christian’s, if you pray and believe God to use you, He will.
When is the best time to outreach?
Really anytime is the best time, because salvation is for today, and tomorrow isn’t guaranteed to any man. We do have outreach as a church every Saturday which is a good opportunity to give you the confidence to now step out by faith usually at 12oclock for 1.5 hours.
where is the best place to outreach?
Again, any where as long as your not breaking any rules i.e. to get your fired from work, (everything comes with wisdom). Generally one of the best locations for a mass opportunity is in the city centre, however some of the best outreaches come from local community areas, parks, etc where people have more time to engage with you.
